Ethan’s Adventure

        Being sent out to look for my mate has been so excited. Being alone all these years having meaningless relationships does nothing for me anymore. Sure, for the first 1000 years it was fun, now its tedious and boring, the same ole same ole. I feel no connection to anyone any more just going through each day with the loneliness growing each year. Now I can feel my mate the pull is extraordinarily strong, I travel to Italy where I feel the pull the strongest, I start my search at the bottom of the boot looking country and then move around to every town and province in the county I know she is here I just must find her.

Sure, enough I follow the pull to Rome, this beautiful city. I find my mate and begin to watch her to learn everything I can about her. Her name is Shelby she is 18 years old she has long black hair down to her waist. Large green eyes like jade. She is feisty for being only five foot two inches tall. She the most beautiful person I have ever seen. After five days of watching her, I have decided it is time to meet her. As I moved closer, I knew she would be able to feel me closing in. She turns around and her eyes meet my, its like being in a trance, I don’t know how long we stared at each other, but it was like a lifetime, when probably for a minute at the most.

Her eyes show the intelligence of someone who knew I was coming and had been waiting for me to show up. She looked up at me, smirking, it is about time you get here I have been waiting for you since my birthday two months ago. I closed the distance and caressed her cheek while staring deep into her soul, knowing without a doubt she is my life now. I took her back to my hotel room so we could get to know each other better.

We discussed mating with one another. We both agreed not to wait. That night we took each other to heights neither of us had ever been with another. I bit into her neck leaving a mark there that would attach her to me until we get back to the queen for the Ceremony to make her immortal, so we can live together forever. I Sent word back to the Queen that I would be traveling back towards our home with my mate. I could tell my Queen was happy for me, however, the last few hundred years I have noticed it is not only me and my siblings that are struggling without love in our lives.

I promise to myself and my Queen that after my mate is bound to me and is immortal then I will go back out to find the Queen’s mate for her so she can feel the happiness that I feel right now.

 

 

I hope Eiram and Elle are having as good as luck as I have.
